How to order custom clothing

Decide what type of order you want to do.

Do you, your team or club want to a standard order or do you want to use CS DIRECT?

What do I need to get an order underway?

Artwork - either you have your own ideas and files or use our exclusive DESIGN LAB to get your ideas underway.

Range - Do you know what items you will order form our range? If not talk to your Custom Apparel Specialist or check out our RANGE

Sizing - Have you used Champion System before? If not you can request sizing and samples throughout the order process.

How long does a custom order take?

From the time you approve your artwork and place your order our leadtime is 4 weeks. It is important to note that design, sizing and sometimes payment can hold up your ability to place an order, so keep these in mind when planning your delivery.

If you do have a DEADLINE please let us know as soon as possible so you can meet that time.

Follow these simple steps to place your Custom Clothing Order

  1. DEPOSIT -  If you place an order, we don't charge for artwork!! - It is all part of our service. What we do require before we can get started is a deposit which is just $300. Payment of the deposit will unlock your account so you can begin artwork. The total amount of the deposit will be debited from the final balance of your order .It is also important to understand that if we design you your kit and you then decide not to proceed we will not refund your initial deposit.
  2. DESIGN - Upload your design ideas, concepts, logos pictures and anything else and our design team will go about making this into reality for you. Keep in mind dependent on the complexity of your design and the changes you require, design can be a time consuming period.
  3. ORDER - Once you have approved your designs you are ready to place an order. Simply use our online order form to place your order online and submit.
  4. DELIVERY - Once your artwork is approved, order is placed and production deposit has been paid your order will go to production. Standard delivery is 4 weeks from this time
